Welcome to College of Education (COE)

The COE offers teacher-education programs structured to meet the needs of professional teachers. The programs are designed to produce educators who are committed and accountable for providing competent classroom and excellent classroom instructions. COE is vertically accelerated into the undergraduate and graduate programs both of which provide the on-going emergence and development of innovative instructional and educational management-based impact on teaching and learning paradigms. To achieve this potential, the COE offers programs that promote development of school administrators to become better school managers, integrate frameworks from theory to practical application on special education and guidance and counseling, teach students to effectively use technology by designing media for instruction to support new technology-intensive pedagogies. COE endeavors to promote the ideals of holistic life-long learning through application of research and other scholarly activities to meet the demands of rapidly changing local and national environments for 21st century competitive professional.
