Dr. Francisco M. Lambojon Jr., RPsy, LMT is a distinguished Registered Psychologist with over three decades of expertise in psychology, education, and community development. Renowned for his dedication to both academia and community service, Dr. Lambojon has made significant contributions through teaching, leadership, research, and extension work.
Currently an Associate Professor IV at the University of Makati, a role he has held since 2021, Dr. Lambojon began his teaching career at the university in 2014, progressing through various academic ranks. Beyond teaching, he has served as a Research Reviewerfor the University’s Research Ethics Committee and has facilitated numerous extension programs focused on community development, mental health, and life skills training.
Dr. Lambojon’s academic credentials reflect his commitment to lifelong learning. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College, Quezon City in 1987, supported by a grant-in-aid scholarship. He completed a Master of Arts in Psychology in 1998 and a Doctor of Education in Educational Administrationin 2011, both from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM). Additionally, he holds a certification in Massage Therapy Training (DOH and TESDA, 2014), reflecting his interest in holistic health.
Before joining the University of Makati, Dr. Lambojon held key academic and administrative roles, including Director of the Office of Student Affairs and Head Registrar at STI College, Cubao, Quezon City. He also taught psychology and philosophy at institutions such as Far Eastern University, STI College, and Colegio de San Juan de Letran, demonstrating his versatility in education.
A committed advocate for community outreach, Dr. Lambojon has served as a Facilitator and Trainer for workshops on organic farming, mental health, parenting, and environmental conservation. His leadership in initiatives like the Adopt-a-Community Program in Makati Homeville and life skills training for house parents of the Makati Youth Home highlights his dedication to uplifting communities. His work with indigenous groups as a Workshop Trainerfor psychological first aid underscores his focus on empowering marginalized populations.
Licensed as a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) under RA 10029 since 2014, Dr. Lambojon’s extensive experience in extension services, research ethics, and community empowerment solidifies his reputation as a respected academician and psychologist.
