The application for the Cadet Officer Candidate Course is now open!

Requirements:

  • COCC Application Form
  • Parent Consent Form
  • Medical Certificate
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Highschool Form 137
  • Physical Exam Result
  • Drug Test Result
  • 2×2 colored ID photo with a white background and the subject wearing a white t-shirt

Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a Baccalaureate Degree Program
  • At least 18 years old but not a day older than 22 years old on the date of admission
  • Height not less than 5″0 but not more than 6″4
  • Not affiliated to any other organization or fraternity
  • Unmarried and with no child support
  • Must not have any pending civil or criminal case
  • Physically and mentally fit for training
