Celebrating the 124th Civil Service Anniversary with a Musical Twist: Videoke Duets Contest for Employees

In a vibrant display of talent and camaraderie, employees gathered to participate in the Videoke Duets contest as part of the month-long festivities celebrating the 124th Civil Service Anniversary hosted by the Human Resource Management Office last September 20 at the UMak Auditorium.

The event featured a range of performances, showcased the musical abilities of UMak employees, and provided a lively atmosphere that resonated with enthusiasm and joy. After a series of entertaining duets, the winners were announced, earning accolades for their impressive performances:

CHAMPION: Ms. Jonalyn Seroy (Institute of Arts and Design) and Mr. Lester Frederick Delgado (College of Liberal Arts and Sciences)

1ST RUNNER UP: Assoc. Prof. Ryan Villanueva and Ms. Gichelle Hanna Roxas (Center for Guidance and Counselling Service)

2ND RUNNER UP: Ms. Rey Blanco (College of Innovative Teacher Education-HSU) and Asst. Prof. Rosalie Dela Cruz (College of Human Kinetics)

3RD RUNNER UP: Asst. Prof. Shirley Amutan and Asst. Prof. Medxandrie Kennelly Lazaro (College of Tourism and Hospitality Management)

Beyond the winners, the contest saw a diverse array of participants who brought their energy to the stage, contributing to the event’s success. The duets included:
