The Center for Curriculum and Materials Development (CCMD) under the Office of the Vice President for Planning and Research (OVPPR) serves as an internal evaluator to assure the compliance of the university’s curricular programs mainly with the accreditation requirements of CHED and ALCUCOA, and also other local and international accrediting bodies as needed.
All submitted program proposals and revisions to the Center are subjected to a review process considering criteria on compliance, feasibility, and other operations and logistical aspects of implementation. Once the Center approves the worthiness of the proposals, such will be endorsed to the higher approving body of Academic Advisory Council for deliberation and finally to the University Council for final approval.
Likewise, the Center is also involved in various projects supported by the Makati City on assuring the highest standards of curriculum, instruction and assessment.
