Academic Building 3 features improved classrooms and facilities for senior high school and college students.  Some features include improved electrical systems, wheelchairs on every floor, glass boards, and swivel chairs in every classroom. All classrooms were expanded to accommodate more students and create a more expansive space.

In an interview, some students wondered why the aircon in every classroom is not open for use. In response, the head of the General Services Office (GSO), Mr. Eleazar G. Santiago, explained that they are still working on some of the facilities in Academic Building 3. In the meantime, all classrooms are utilizing temporary fans for proper ventilation.

“Sabi nga ng ating Mayora, in Makati, we always do better, so you can expect better service this coming School Year— better faculty, better facilities, and of course, better students,” said Prof. Elyxzur C. Ramos, the University President, in his welcome message for all students and employees in the new academic year.
