HOW-TO: Appointment Scheduling for Student ID Capturing
The University of Makati (UMak) Center for Information Technology (CIT) announced online scheduling for student ID capturing. Here’s how to use the online appointment portal.
- Visit https://umak.edu.ph/oltras/ and click the “Schedule for ID Capturing”.
- Read carefully the instructions and reminders for the capturing process. But you must secure your appointment first by selecting your appropriate category. Choose “College” if you are a College Student, and “Senior High” if you are a Senior High School student.
- Input your Student Number in the text box, and then, click the “Verify” button to continue
- There will be a confirmed notification message will be displayed in the portal. A verification code will be sent to your UMak GMail Account to verify if it is you.
Here’s the sample of the verification code that will be sent to your UMak-GMail.
- Input the sent verification code, and click the “Submit Code”.
- Once submitted, a list of schedules will be shown. Please select what’s best for you.
- A confirmation message will appear for your selected schedule.
If the scheduled date and time works for you, click the “Confirm” button otherwise click the “Close” if not.
- Finally, a confirmation message will be shown with instruction regarding your ID Capturing schedule.
- An ID Capturing Appointment Slip will be sent to your UMak GMail account which is your proof of appointment schedule. Here’s what it looks like.
- Proceed to your schedule and be mindful of the reminders on-site.
