UMak excels in November 2024 PNLE

Among the 500 higher education institutions in the country, the University of Makati (UMak) ranked 6th in the November 2024 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE) for HEIs with 50 to 99 examinees with at least 85% passing rate.

Meanwhile, of the 29,349 passers, Klarisse Kaye Amaba, a graduate of the Institute of Nursing (ION), ranked 9th in the November 2024 PNLE. UMak achieved an impressive overall passing rate of 98.41%, significantly higher than the national passing rate of 85.01%. Notably, the ION Batch 2024 recorded a perfect 100% passing rate.

Amaba is the 8th PNLE top-notcher UMak has produced since 2005.

The City Government of Makati and the UMak ION have engaged in various collaborative initiatives to provide students and faculty with the necessary resources, infrastructure, and opportunities, fostering academic excellence and enhancing the overall success of nursing students as well as the quality of education at the university.
