- The UMak Alumni member or Dependent must book an appointment through the exclusive online appointment system of Metro Dental.
- Walk-ins may be accepted by our clinics as long as there is an available slot. The member or dependent will still be asked to book through the exclusive online appointment system of Metro Dental for our utilization monitoring.

- For Dependents or Referrals: kindly present the below:
