The Center for Student Formation & Discipline monitors and supervises student’s moral rectitude. This office is also accountable for the enforcement of student discipline policies and formation programs of the Universities. It hears and investigates complaints, grievances and other similar or related cases, determines the gravity of offence/s committed and renders appropriate sanctions / penalties. It maintains records of disciplinary cases and status of the students with disciplinary sanctions.

Mission
To realize our vision, the Office of Center for Student Formation and Discipline commits to ensure the effective implementation of the student code of conduct, other existing rules and regulations on student discipline and the promotion of positive discipline and formation programs conducive to the total development of the students in collaboration with all stakeholders and partners of the University.
Office Functions
The center is the administrative office directly in charge of the enforcement of student discipline policies and formation programs of the University. It exercises general supervision over the students’ behavior in academic, social, athletic, recreational and cultural activities in and out of the campus. The center director serves as the liaison officer between the University officials and other administrative personnel on all matters concerning student formation and discipline services.
- Enforcement of Student Code of Conduct – The center is accountable for the enforcement of student discipline policies of the University. It hears and investigates complaints, grievances, and other similar or related cases, determines the gravity of offense/s committed and renders appropriate sanctions/penalties.
- Coordinating Services – The center serves as the liaison between the University officials and other administrative personnel on all matters concerning the student formation and discipline.
- Formation and Discipline Programs – The center exercises the general supervision over the students’ intervention program on student’s behavior in academic, social, athletic, recreational and cultural activities in and out of the University.

Associate Professor Pompeyo C. Adamos III

About the Director
Associate Professor Pompeyo Adamos III is the current Director of the Center for Student Formation and Discipline. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the Center for Data Protection and Records Management (CDPRM) or the former Data Protection and Records Management Services (DPRMS) office and the concurrent official Data Protection Officer of the University/ Compliance Officer for Privacy (COP) for three years. He has been attending data privacy, cyber security, and several records management trainings. He has arranged the University’s data privacy and security awareness campaigns and webinars with our in-house resource persons.
As a tenured faculty, he has worked at the University for the past 16 years. He sharpened his teaching skills as an Assistant Professor at the then-College of Local Government Management (now known as the College of Governance and Public Policy). As an Associate Professor, he also taught public administration graduate courses at the College of Continuing, Advanced, and Professional Studies (CCAPS). His tenure at the University’s administrative divisions began as an administrative coordinator of the CGPP before becoming a Planning Director for six years and concurrent ManCom Secretary for four years. In 2018, he served as the Graduate Program Chair of the CGPP until it was moved to CCAPS the next academic year.
He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) from elementary to graduate school. At the University of the Philippines, Diliman, he is presently completing his doctoral studies in public administration.
