If your name is included on the list of passers, please take note of the following instructions:

  1. Student-applicants are advised to proceed to the Center for Admission and Scholarship (CAS), HPSB 812, from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM or 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM for program assignment.

    Make sure to TAKE NOTE of your ASSIGNED SCHEDULE with the College of Education so that you will be able to proceed to CAS at an earlier time for your screening slips.

  2. The program assignment will be based on the results of the admission examination and the General Weighted Average (GWA). Additional admission requirements may be applied as deemed necessary.
