CTHM welcomes new OIC-Program Head for Tourism

University of Makati (UMak)’s Management Committee (ManCom) has appointed Dr. Jan Noel Vero as the new OIC Program Head for Tourism for the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM).


Vero, fondly called as Doc. Jan, holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Developmental Administration degree, and a Candidate for the degree, Doctor of Philosophy, major in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, at Philippine Christian University-Manila.

Aside from being a seasoned professor, he has been in the tourism and hospitality industries for several years. In addition, he is a reservist for the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine Navy (PN).
