Instructions:
- Use the suggested criteria for evaluation below when nominating an industry partner.
- Only one (1) industry partner can be nominated per college/center/office.
- If the industry partner is not on the list of active partners (with duly-signed, notarized, and ratified contracts which have not lapsed, as of September 22, 2023) provided by CILP, they may not be nominated.
- If the industry partner was just given a Special Award in 2023, they may not be nominated. Let’s give more chances for other deserving partners, who have not won recently, to be nominated.
- Nomination is First Come, First Served. Only a maximum of 10 industry partners will be given a special award this year.
- All nominations will be subject to ManCom approval.
- The deadline for submission of the nomination form is on October 27, 2023.
