“The long wait is finally over…”

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) grants a Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) to the University of Makati’s Civil Engineering Program.

Pursuant to CHED Memorandum Order 14 series of 2019, otherwise known as “Policies and Guidelines in the Issuance of Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) to State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs), the recognition is conferred to specific degrees and programs offered by SUCs and LUCs, when they are deemed to be fully compliant with the policies, standards, and guidelines set forth by CHED.

The ceremonial turnover of the said certificate happened last September 15, 2023, at the Office of the University President. It was participated by the members of the Management Committee, Center for Quality Management and Development, and College of Construction Sciences and Engineering.
