UMak is Gearing Up for PAASCU

As UMak begins its journey to aim beyond better, its University officials headed by its President, Dr. Elyxzur C. Ramos geared themselves up for an orientation by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities, also known as PAASCU, a leading accrediting agency pursuing the culture of quality and excellence in the field of education.

Facilitated by the Center for Quality Management and Development (CQMD), the insightful online orientation was held on August 24, 2023, and was conducted by Dr. Lucille Calairo.

PAASCU orientation was attended by the management committee, deans, directors, and heads of different departments and offices.

PAASCU accreditation is believed to be challenging and a steep uphill climb but with the support and cooperation of the whole UMak community, this endeavor is bound to reach greater heights.
