The Cash Office is in charge of collecting, accounting, disbursing and safekeeping of government funds and is subdivided into two units the Collecting Unit and Disbursing Unit.

Collecting Unit – This unit is responsible for the following:
- Collection of toke and other fees.
- Remittance of Daily Collection at the City Treasury Department.
- Keep records of daily collection and remittance in the Cash book.
- Safeguarding of Used and unused Official Receipts.
Disbursing Unit- Responsible for the following:
- Disbursement of benefits and other remuneration.
- Liquidation of all cash advances of benefits and other remuneration.
- Keep records of all cash advances and liquidation in the cash book.

Ms. Angelita C. Benedicto
Office Head, Cash Office
Ms. Angelita C. Benedicto is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She gained experience working in private institutions before joining the public sector. She joined the University in 1997 as Cashier I and assumed the position as Officer in Charge in 2001. In 2006 she was promoted to Cashier IV and appointed as head of the office.
