Associate Professor Apollo F. Mambiar

Associate Professor Apollo Mambiar served as a Regional Expert Panel Member for TESDA-NCR inTraining Methodology (TM1). He is a certified TESDA facilitator for TM 1 and a certified National TVET Trainer and Assessor in Automotive Servicing NC2, Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC2, Driving NC2, Carpentry NC2, Masonry NC2, and Trainer’s Methodology 1. Prof. Mambiar is a holder of National Certification level 2 in Plumbing and National Certification level 3 in Driving. He is a founding member of the National Association of Professional Teachers (NAPT) and served as its Director for TESDA related programs and a member of the Board of Trustees. He is a TESDA – TEMASEK scholar at International Technical Education (ITE)  in Singapore and has served as the former Dean of the College of Technology Management. He is a graduate of Master of Arts in Innovative Technology Education and also pursued Master of Arts in Industrial Education at Technological University of the Philippines where he received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education. He pursued Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Collegio de Dagupan and Doctor of  Education major in Innovative Educational Management at the University of Makati.
