Requirements for New Graduate Students

- Transcript of Records (original and 1 photocopy)
- Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal
- Two letters of recommendation
- Study permit (public school teachers)
- 2 pcs. 2 x 2 ID picture
- 2 Long White Folders and 2 Long Brown envelopes
- For Doctorate Programs:
Copy of Thesis/Published Research (e-copy in .pdf format) - Letter of Intent Addressed to:

Application: December 1, 2022 – January 13, 2023
Admission Examination/Interview: January 16 -18, 2023
Registration Period: January 19-28
Online Payment via Scan to Pay: January 19 – February 3, 2023
Change of Matriculation Period: February 6-8, 2023
