Overview
The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is under the supervision of the Office of the President and is located at the Mezzanine Level, Administration Building. It is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Purpose
The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) plays an active role in every student’s school life from the senior high school level, undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels. With its vision to be a highly responsive Office, able to deliver quality services promptly, with accuracy and integrity and with highest ethical principles to all internal and external customers, the OUR provides services that are in support of student registration, retention up to graduation. We also do maintenance and transmission of student academic records, issue certifications, uphold academic policies of the institution, and ensure compliance to policies, standards and guidelines by CHED among others.
The OUR makes sure that students are assisted every step of the way towards finishing their programs of study on time.
Vision
We envision a highly responsive Office of the University Registrar able to provide quality services with integrity and with highest ethical principles to all internal and external customers.
Mission
Through an IT-enabled infrastructure and a team of professional staff, the Office of the University Registrar, will provide quality services to students, alumni, faculty, and the public. These services are in support of student registration up to graduation, maintenance and transmission of student academic records, certifications, upholding of academic policies of the institution, and ensuring compliance to policies, standards and guidelines.
